1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data (hereinafter referred to as Data) of Website Users carried out by “Optics-pro” Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), legal address: Office 509, 21 Dzerzhinsky Ave., Minsk, 220069, Republic of Belarus.
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal data against unauthorized access and disclosure in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z dated May 7, 2021, “On the Protection of Personal Data.”
2. Information Subject to Processing
2.1. The Operator may process the following data provided by the User through website forms:
- Full name;
- Contact phone number;
- Email address;
- Technical information (cookies, IP address, browser data).
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing
3.1. Processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- Processing incoming requests and service applications;
- Providing consultations on the company’s products and services;
- Establishing feedback with the User;
- Sending informational messages (subject to obtaining separate consent).
3.2. The legal basis for processing is the User’s consent, expressed by performing active steps on the website (checking the “tick” in the checkbox).
4. Retention Period of Personal Data
4.1. Personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing or until the User withdraws consent. The retention period for applications is one year, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
5. Rights of the User (Data Subject)
5.1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the User has the right:
- To withdraw consent at any time without providing reasons;
- To receive information regarding the processing of their Data;
- To make changes to their Data if it is incomplete or outdated;
- To demand the cessation of Data processing and its deletion (the “right to be forgotten”);
- To appeal the actions of the Operator to the authorized body (National Center for Personal Data Protection).
6. Procedure for Exercising Rights
6.1. To exercise these rights, the User shall submit a written application to the Operator (via postal mail) or in the form of an electronic document to the address: info@optix.by.
6.2. The application must contain: full name, address, description of the request, and a personal signature (or digital signature).
7. Cross-border Transfer and Third Parties
7.1. The Operator shall not transfer Data to third parties without the User’s consent, except as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
